Juan Guaidó , who is recognised as Venezuela's interim president by the US and a host of other countires, is organising his own pandemic response efforts, with a budget of US$20m – Guaidó has not revealed the source of these funds but insists that he has no access to state resources seized by the US government, which are under investigation for money laundering.
