NICARAGUA: To-ing & fro-ing over Colombia and missiles

Nicaragua's neighbours to the far north and the south are having a hard time guessing which way President Daniel Ortega will turn, particularly since he has recently intertwined two previously separate issues: the negotiation with the US over the decommissioning of most of Nicaragua's remaining stock of anti-aircraft missiles, and the restoration of ambassadorial relations between Nicaragua and Colombia.
