* Spanish industrial chemical company, Delta Tecnic, has announced that it will open a new factory in Mexico’s Querétaro state, before the end of the year, with an investment of €4.5m (US$5.3m). The company, which specialises in the production and distribution of colour concentrates and raw materials for plastics, cables, inks, paints, and cosmetics, will become the first manufacturer in Mexico to specialise in colour concentrates for automotive cables.
