BRAZIL: Election delayed in Amapá due to blackout

On 11 November, the president of Brazil’s supreme electoral court (TSE), Luís Roberto Barroso, authorised the postponement of the municipal election in Macapá, the state capital of Amapá, as the city continues to be affected by an electricity blackout.
