Can Morena and the PAN make nice in Mexico?

After refusing to talk to each other for three years Mexico’s ruling left-wing party, Movimiento Regeneración Nacional (Morena) and the right-wing opposition Partido Acción Nacional (PAN) announced on 13 December that they were opening seven ‘dialogue roundtables’ to talk about possible collaboration. Halfway through the six-year presidential term, could this be a key pivot point in Mexican politics?
