CHILE: Mining companies fret over new constitution

At the end of June, Chile’s popularly elected constitutional convention (CC) completed its work on a new draft constitution, which will now be subject to a referendum due to be held on 4 September. It is not clear whether the draft will be approved, but mining companies have nevertheless found it a difficult document to read.
