MEXICO: Court challenges government gas ruling
On 18 July a Mexican federal court issued an ‘amparo’ (injunction) indefinitely suspending a new government policy that forces natural gas distribution companies to buy their gas exclusively from state owned companies such as oil giant Pemex or power company Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).
