COLOMBIA: Arrest warrants suspended for ELN negotiators
On 20 August, Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro announced that he had suspended arrest warrants and extradition requests targeting negotiators for the Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN) guerrilla group, with which the government is attempting to revive suspended peace talks.
