ANTIGUA & BARBUDA: Election fever mounting

Antigua & Barbuda must hold an election by March 2023, with the possibility that Prime Minister Gaston Browne could call it earlier, and so election fever is very much in the air. A video of the prime minister handing out cash to voters in his constituency on 15 October has done nothing to reduce the fever.
