MEXICO: GN coordinator for Zacatecas state slain in armed clash
On 24 November Mexican authorities confirmed that General José Silvestre Urzúa, who headed up the branch of the national guard (GN) in the central state of Zacatecas, was killed in a clash during an operation against organised crime.
