BRAZIL: Top electoral court opens investigation into Bolsonaro
On 14 December, the inspector-general of Brazil’s top electoral court (TSE), Benedito Gonçalves, opened two investigations into outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro for making false claims casting doubt on Brazil’s electronic voting system, and for the alleged abuse of political and economic power during the electoral campaign.
