In brief: Inflation in Mexico continues to slow

*Mexico’s national statistics institute (Inegi) has released the latest figures for the consumer price index (INPC), which shows that prices rose 0.15% in the first two weeks of March as compared to the previous two weeks. This brings annual inflation to 7.12%. This compares to inflation of 0.31% in the first two weeks of February, when annual inflation stood at 7.76%.
