HONDURAS: Gov’t sends down contentious tax reform
On 26 April Luis Redondo, the president of Honduras’s 128-member unicameral legislature, named a multiparty committee to analyse a tax reform package sent down the previous day by the leftist Libertad y Refundación (Libre) government led by President Xiomara Castro.
