The Mexican Supreme Court (Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación – SCJN) has delivered a setback to Monsanto, the US agro-industrial corporation, by issuing a temporary injunction preventing the cultivation of genetically modified (GM) soya in the states of Campeche and Yucatán.
