PARAGUAY: Police chief denies end to DEA cooperation
On 12 December the commander of Paraguay’s national police, Carlos Benítez, said that cooperation with the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) would remain “unchanged”, days after the national anti-drug agency (Senad) announced that it had “suspended” cooperation with the DEA.
