CHILE: Shake-ups follow new bombings

Things have changed since interior undersecretary Felipe Harboe dismissed the 6 August bombing of the Brazilian embassy as an isolated, motiveless act [RBS-08-08]. Since then there has been a string of bombings, one of them against another Brazilian target, that have led the authorities to conduct two successive shake-ups of their investigation efforts.
