MEXICO-US: Ratification of Rome Treaty raises US immunity question

Mexico has now completed ratification of the Rome Treaty, which entails recognising the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding crimes against humanity. This means it will now face the same problem as other Latin American signatories: deciding whether to grant the US - a confirmed non-ratifier - immunity for its personnel when in Mexico.
