PARAGUAY: Cabinet reshuffle forced upon Duarte

The IMF will hardly have any need to send missions to Paraguay to check compliance with the current standby agreement: two of its officials have been appointed to key positions in the country's economic management team as part of a reshuffle that has been forced upon President Nicanor Duarte.
