BOLIVIA: Military placed under political spotlight

All of a sudden the Bolivian military have found themselves at the centre of political debate, as a result of three separate developments - two of which are directly connected with the presidential candidacy of Evo Morales, of the Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS), whose standing in the polls continues to rise.
