MEXICO: PRI and PRD do well in Oaxaca and Chiapas
The latest round of state elections came in the southern states of Oaxaca and Chiapas on 7 October. The next round of state elections -for the governor and congress in Michoacán and municipalities and state congress in Puebla, Tamaulipas and Sinaloa- on 11 November, is likely to be more illuminating about voters' inclinations.
