In mid September, the Colombian daily El Tiempo reported that members of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Miami are trying to establish how two of Colombia’s most wanted drug-traffickers, ‘Valenciano’ (Maximiliano Bonilla Orozco) and ‘Sebastián’ (Ericson Vargas), managed to hold three meetings in the Argentine city of Rosario, Santa Fe, under the nose of Argentine authorities.
