MEXICO: Anti-trust regulator publishes reasons

On 7 February the Comisión Federal de Competencia (CFC), the federal anti-trust agency, published its reasons for blocking Televisa’s US$1.6bn investment in a mobile telecoms company, Iusacell, which is part of the business group, controlled by Ricardo Salinas Pliego, which controls Mexico’s second biggest broadcaster, TV Azteca.
