BRAZIL: Spin cannot mask industrial slump

Brazil is running a two-speed economy with deindustrialisation accelerating despite seven official stimulus packages, totalling a whopping R$102bn (US$51bn), since President Dilma Rousseff took office in January 2010 –four of them this year alone.
