GUATEMALA: Pérez Molina back on familiar ground

A report released last week by Guatemala’s ministry for agriculture, livestock and food (Maga) revealing that 50% of the 2012 corn and bean crop had been lost to drought has revived familiar concerns for President Otto Pérez Molina who upon taking office last January, declared combating malnutrition a major priority.
