Development: On 28 November Colombia’s Foreign Minister María Angela Holguín said in an official communiqué that “The national government has informed the secretary general of the Organization of American States [OAS], José Miguel Insulza, in its condition as depository of the American Treaty of Pacific Settlement Pact of Bogotá, that it [Colombia] denounces said treaty from this date”.
