Development: On 29 November Carlos Villegas, the president of Bolivia’s state oil company, Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB), announced that Bolivia will next month begin to export 1,000 metric tonnes (MT)/month of liquefied gas (LNG) to Paraguay, for US$750,000.
