ARGENTINA: Domestic dispute assumes diplomatic dimensions

President Cristina Fernández should have touched down in Beijing this week for an official visit to China after flying to Bolivia to attend the investiture of President Evo Morales. In the event she suspended both trips and stayed put. Her rationale was that Vice-President Julio Cobos was not trustworthy enough to be left in charge of the country in her absence.
