OAS observer mission arrives in Honduras ahead of general election
Development: On 30 October, the deputy chief of the Organization of American States (OAS)’s electoral observer mission, Gerardo Sánchez, arrived in Honduras’s capital, Tegucigalpa, leading a team of 81 experts that will oversee the 26 November general election.
