CHILE | Piñera unveils 2020 draft budget. Chile’s president Sebastian Piñera presented his government’s draft budget of US$74.17bn before the national congress on 26 September. The proposal prioritises public spending, strengthening public security and financing over 2,000 regional investment projects in various sectors for the development of infrastructure such as airports, roads, train networks, and ports.
