MEXICO | Chinese market open for pork exports. Mexico’s agriculture ministry announced this week that the Chinese government has formally opened up its domestic market to Mexican pork meat after it confirmed the certification of a number of Mexican firms as accepted exporters. According to a statement issued by the agriculture ministry, five pork meat producing plants in the state of Sonora have been authorised to export their products to China.
