Over the past year, the right-wing Partido Liberal (PL) of former president Jair Bolsonaro (2019-2023) has been making more noise in support of a bill that proposes pardoning the Bolsonaro supporters who were convicted for storming the seats of government in Brasília on 8 January 2023.
