After Chile’s President Gabriel Boric hosted his Brazilian counterpart Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in Santiago last year, Lula returned the favour in Brasília. Boric and his Chilean delegation visited Brazil from 21-24 April, and the tone of the speeches made by officials from both governments emphasised their commitments to multilateralism.
