MEXICO-US: Two versions of US-Sinaloa relations
The Sinaloa DTO plotted to stage an attack in Mexico City on a government building, a consulate or a television station, engineered so that the blame would fall upon the rival DTO led by their former ally, Arturo Beltrán Leyva. That, at least, is what witnesses in a US trial intend to testify, according to a court document leaked to the Spanish news agency Efe.
