BOLIVIA: Opposition tries to polarise referendum vote

With three days to go until the referendum on the new constitution, the opposition is engaging in inflammatory campaigning in a bid to thwart President Evo Morales. The ruling Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) is accusing the opposition of misleading the public by making unfounded claims regarding the content of the constitution.
